Kick off your 250th Independence Day celebration on Wednesday, July 1 with a free movie night at the Sanford-Springvale Historical Museum.
This special event will take a nostalgic look at the history and images of Sanford’s vibrant 4th of July celebrations over the years. The highlight of the evening will be an exclusive screening of rare film footage from the landmark 1976 Sanford bicentennial parade, capturing the community spirit of America's 200th birthday. In addition to this vintage footage, we’ll be presenting never-before-seen photos from the museum archives. Popcorn and patriotic snacks will be served!
